🚧 Great News! Groundbreaking ceremony for East Mesa Community Park – Phase I set for January 10 👍

ℹ️ The City of Yuma will host a groundbreaking ceremony for East Mesa Community Park on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 3 p.m. The event will take place at the future park site, (Avenue 6E and 36th St.), marking a significant step in enhancing recreational opportunities for the community.

Spanning 20+ acres, the first phase of the East Mesa Community Park will offer a wide range of amenities, including a 2-acre lake, a large-scale playground, a walking path, picnic areas, restrooms, and a modest amphitheater. Phase one of the project will also focus on building the irrigation infrastructure that will support future phases.
