Yep, it’s that time again: for New Year’s resolutions. And about a month from now, somewhere between 40% and 80% of those resolutions will be broken.
It’s not your fault. You’ve been taught that just making a resolution is enough – but it’s not.
You must set the right goal. You must believe that you are the kind of person that will accomplish that goal. You must know the steps, the roadmap, to reach your goal. Consistent, appropriate action is required. And encouragement from a supportive tribe/community will make all the difference.

Your existing customers will buy more, buy more often, and refer more buying customers when you show appreciation for them. Actions like a warm phone call, an unexpected personal text message, or a birthday card are far more powerful than a “24-hour customer appreciation sale.”

It's time to give thanks. November is often known as gratitude month - an entire month where you go out of your way to express gratitude for everything. If you are doing this this year, don't forget to send cards of appreciation out. It makes a huge impact and means to much when gratitude is expressed.

Share what's on your heart. All the things you've been meaning to say, say them in a card. It makes an impact when you reach out in kindness and express feelings of love and gratitude. Make someone smile and send them a card. You will be glad you did.
