Introducing our Long Term Athletic Development Program

This open enrollment style program is designed for athletes between the ages of 8 and 12 years old. The goal of these sessions is to develop a strong, well-rounded foundation to set athletes up for future success.

Our LTAD program will include year-round sessions that will focus on sprinting, jumping, and age appropriate resistance training - all in a fun and competitive atmosphere
