Practicing Peace: 40 Days of Prayer for God's Mission

Week 5: October 4 - 10

As we continue our 40 Days of Prayer for God’s Mission, this week we’re praying for our mission partner LifePath Christian Ministries and the individuals and families they serve throughout our community.

🏠 This week’s prayer focus: Pray for those experiencing poverty and homelessness in York County and beyond.

Pray for those facing uncertainty about where they will sleep, where their next meal will come from, or how they will meet their most basic needs. Ask God to provide hope, dignity, safety, and support—and to strengthen the staff and volunteers who walk alongside them.

40 days. 7 partners. ONE MISSION.

Practicing Peace: 40 Days of Prayer for God's Mission

Week 3 : September 20-26

This week we’re praying for New Life Children's Home in Guatemala and The School at Batey 35 in the Dominican Republic.

🌏 This week’s prayer focus: Pray that God would reveal your unique role in his mission.

God’s mission is happening all around the world—and each of us has a part to play. As we pray for the children, families, leaders, and communities served by these ministries, let’s also turn our prayers inward.

God, how have You uniquely equipped me to be part of what You are doing?

Pray that God would reveal how your gifts, passions, resources, experiences, and prayers can be used to serve others and share the love of Christ—both across the globe and right here at home.

40 days. 7 partners. ONE MISSION.
