Zac is a steady hand guiding CORE projects from first sketch to final walkthrough. As Assistant Project Manager, he's the kind of person clients trust and teammates rely on.

We’re proud to share that the Children's Aid Society Werner Early Learning Center has received a 2026 Top Projects Award from the Central Penn Business Journal.

This 15,000-SF facility was designed as a purpose-built early learning environment, with age-specific classrooms, enrichment spaces, and operational support areas that serve both children and staff. The result is a highly functional, welcoming space tailored to the organization’s mission.

Projects like this are only possible through strong collaboration. We’re grateful to work alongside Wagman, Keystone Structural Group, Site Design Concepts, Inc., Paragon Engineering Services, Inc., and the many partners who helped bring it to life.

Pi Day Eve at CORE.

Andrew brought in pies (a tradition ahead of March 14), and after a few slices we held a quick Pi recitation challenge.

The rules were simple:
• First 1,000 digits of π on the screen
• 2 minutes to study
• Recite from memory

Bryan took the win with 14 digits, with Ryan close behind at 11.

But Ryan wasn’t finished.

After a little more studying, he walked up to a whiteboard and somehow wrote 49 digits from memory!

Put a problem on the board and the CORE team will compete to solve it.

Out of curiosity... how many digits of π can you recite from memory?

We partnered with Monarch Products, a Central PA precast concrete manufacturer, to renovate and expand their headquarters.
The project reconfigured the building’s interior layout to improve workflow, introduce upgraded meeting and conference spaces, and support stronger day-to-day collaboration among staff.
The new addition was carefully designed to complement the original brown brick so the building reads as one cohesive facility.

We're attending the Focus Central PA Industrial Development Forum next Wednesday, March 11 in State College.
