We're excited to welcome Michael Cutson to NUTEC as our newest Construction Project Manager.

Mike brings seven years of experience managing commercial and residential construction projects, including both new construction and renovations. His background includes project management, estimating, budget oversight, subcontractor coordination, and delivering successful projects from start to finish.

Outside of work, Mike is a proud dad to twin boys and enjoys woodworking, furniture making, fossil hunting, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.

Outside of work, Yousef enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, spending time with family and friends, and is always looking for the next adventure.

Architecture school may be over, but the journey to licensure is just beginning.

From completing AXP hours to tackling the ARE, becoming a licensed architect is a process built on experience, persistence, and growth.
