Custom Creations Building Group

This week we had the opportunity to help a family begin the process of building a new home after theirs was destroyed by a fire over two years ago. Can’t wait to see the finished product later this year!

Last week at the York Builders Association Peak Achievement Awards, we were honored to receive the award for Best Multi-Family Home Build!

As our first-ever multi-family project, this recognition makes the achievement even more meaningful — and marks our second Peak Achievement Award in the past two years. Our goal from the beginning was to bring the same level of design, craftsmanship, and quality found in our custom homes into each individual unit — and we’re proud to have accomplished exactly that.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in helping bring this project to life!

I don't think anyone thought it would take us as long as it did to get this project to the finish line. We finally settled on our biggest project to date yesterday and could not have been more proud of the finished product! Even thought these were townhomes we still made sure to get some of the higher end finishes we put in our custom homes into each one of these.

Unfortunately, our buyer for these units fell through. We have decided to list them individually for sale and is great opportunity to live in some gorgeous townhomes. Spread the word if you know anyone looking for something in York.

We are making progress with our four-unit townhouse building in York. It should be under roof in about a week. We look forward to seeing this project come together!

It’s taken a little longer than we wanted but we are finally getting started on our four unit townhouse project in York!

Stay tuned for progress updates!!

Enjoy it now — and later. 🛠️
