Today was our first day of our Summer Camp, Taking Flight with Our Imagination.

We are ready to "Take Flight" for our summerlong party starting Monday, June 8!

Children learn as they play. Most importantly, in play children learn how to learn. Gardening is one of the richest forms of play, where patience, care, and wonder grow side by side.

Teaching has taught us this: the smallest hands give the biggest gifts.

When a child gives you a flower, a rock, a stick, or any random natural treasure..
accept it with gratitude and the love and thought that is behind the gesture 🥰

Today we started our second class of Kid's Kitchen with Miss Tammy. Today the kids made Breakfast Sundae Bowls. The kids had fun making them but most of all eating them!

Earth Day Activities.

This week each class received a variety of insects to hatch for Earth Day. Caterpillars, Ladybugs, Praying Mantises, and ants. We have been building respect for nature by teaching them to observe the bugs-look, don't squish. Mixing curiosity and science creates great learning moments.
