Completed install of a Bosch 18SEER 5ton Condenser unit with a 20SEER 4ton Air Handler. We removed a 3ton AC only system that was under sized. Installing the larger system involved us to upsize a portion of the duct work. End result is a seamless tie in of the new Bosch heat pump system and a very happy customer! We can work on your boilers. We took this older boiler system and brought it back to life. The customer is not ready to replace the whole system but needed it functional with it being there backup heating system to there ducted heat pump. We found that the controls on this system were out dated and needed replaced. We replaced the circulator pump, Aquastat, (4) Zone valves, (4) Heat only thermostats, Pressure reducing Fill valve, and added a Taco 4zone Control module. System is now working better than it ever has.
