⛈2nd YARD SALE WEATHER UPDATE⛈
We're moving the Country Ridge Estates yard sale to next weekend, October 9-11.

Rain chances have gone up for Saturday. Sunday still looks clear, but most of our sellers planned to sell only on Saturday, so we're moving the dates.

The GOOD news is that you can still register to sell next weekend (signup link in comments). Please register by Tuesday so we can get you on the updated map.

If you had signed up to sell this weekend, you should have an email with details. Please respond and let us know if you can participate next weekend, and if so, which day(s).

While the postponement is a real bummer, we're happy for the rain. Stay dry!

Thanks for signing up for the yard sale, neighbors! Looks like we’ll have great participation, with nearly 20 participating homes registered. We’ll start advertising the map below in local Wide Awake Wylie Facebook groups. If you have another group or two to recommend, let us know in the comments.

Quick reminder, CRE neighbors — if you want your house on the yard sale map, you've got until Thursday, Sept 24 to sign up. We start advertising the sale and posting it in local Wylie groups on Sept 25, so whatever's registered by then is what buyers will see.

Remember, the bigger the map, the bigger the draw — more houses means more reason for people to make the trip out to CRE. Takes 2 minutes:

🏡SIGN UP for the CRE Neighborhood Yard Sale — Oct 2-4 🏡

Yard sale time, CRE! We're hosting a neighborhood-wide sale the weekend of Oct 2-4 (weather permitting), and we need you to sign up so we can put your house on the map — literally.

Buyers pick which neighborhoods to visit based on how many houses are selling. The more of us who sign up, the bigger draw we are, and the more traffic (and sales) everyone gets. So even if you're only doing a few hours on Saturday, it's worth the 2 minutes to register.

Pick whatever day(s) and hours work for you — we'll also advertise a standard time for anyone who wants to swing by without checking the map first. Every home that signs up gets added to our Yard Sale Map, which we'll push out through Wylie social groups and post as signage at the neighborhood entrances.
