This week, Worcester Education Collaborative Executive Director Dr. Jennifer Herring is taking storytelling to the next level! 🎥✨
During Production Week with Manhattan Neighborhood Network, Jennifer is diving into the art of creative, impactful storytelling—exploring not only how we tell stories, but how our own experiences, purpose, and process shape the stories we’re called to share.
For WEC, storytelling is an important part of advocacy. It’s how we elevate community voices, bring attention to the realities facing students and families, and inspire people to take action toward a more equitable education system.
We’re excited to see Jennifer continue to grow, stretch, and bring new tools back to Worcester as we strengthen the way WEC tells the story of education in our community. 💪🏾🎬

Worcester Education Collaborative is truly excited to partner with Leadership Worcester! Thank you, Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce! đź’™
Snapped a pic this morning of our incredible Leadership Worcester session designers—the dedicated volunteers who help bring our program to life.
Our session designers invest their time, expertise, relationships, and deep knowledge of our community to create meaningful learning experiences for each Leadership Worcester class. Their commitment helps participants better understand the issues shaping Worcester and equips them to become informed, engaged civic and community leaders.
This role is one of the most impactful ways to contribute to Leadership Worcester, and we're grateful for the passion, thoughtfulness, and collaboration each designer brings to the program.
Thank you to everyone who joined us today and to all of our session designers for helping shape the future of leadership in Worcester. đź’™ đź’š
