Executive Director of The Theater Offensive, Giselle is a nationally recognized arts leader and advocate—and the first Black transgender woman to lead a regional theater company in the U.S.

🏳️‍🌈 Al Green
Executive Director of the LGBT Asylum Task Force, Al is a passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, immigrant inclusion, and building a more welcoming Central Massachusetts.

🎨 Ché Anderson
Assistant Vice Chancellor for City & Community Relations at UMass Chan Medical School and Chair of the Mass Cultural Council, Ché is a longtime Worcester arts and civic leader and co-founder of POW! WOW! Worcester.

✊🏾 Deborah Hall
CEO of YWCA Central Massachusetts and founder of the Worcester Black History Project, Deborah has spent more than 35 years advancing racial equity, supporting survivors, and preserving Black history.

🏛️ Senator Robyn Kennedy
A lifelong Worcester resident and First Worcester District State Senator, Robyn is a dedicated advocate for equity and expanded access to childcare, housing, healthcare, and transportation.
