Most nonprofit campaigns don’t fail because of creative.
They fail because of unclear strategy.
We use a simple Strategy Form to help nonprofit teams define:
✔ Objective
✔ Audience
✔ Core message
✔ Timeline
✔ Metrics
If you're planning a campaign and want a copy, message me.
Plan once. Execute better.

Nonprofit leaders, quick question:
Do you start campaigns with a clear objective and audience…
Or with a deadline?
We use a simple Strategy Form to help nonprofit teams get clarity before anything goes to print or email.
If you'd like a copy of the form we use with clients, just let me know and I’ll send it over.
Better planning leads to better results.

Checklists don’t replace experience — they protect it.
They help teams stay focused and aligned throughout a campaign.

You rarely notice good planning. But you feel the effect!
02/03/2026
Planning isn’t overhead, it’s stewardship.
When nonprofits slow down to plan intentionally, waste declines, and confidence rises.

Data quality isn’t a one-time cleanup.
Donor records change. Households evolve. Giving patterns shift.
When data is treated as something to “fix once,” relevance erodes quietly and costs rise without notice.
Treating data quality as an ongoing practice helps nonprofits communicate more intentionally and steward donor resources responsibly.

As nonprofits plan for 2026, one principle continues to hold true:
Stronger planning beats bigger budgets.
The organizations that see the best results don’t start with volume.
They start with intention.
Clear timelines.
Clean, well-managed data.
Messaging that respects donor history.
Disciplined ex*****on.
When planning leads, waste goes down and trust grows.

We love a challenge!
At a recent fundraising committee meeting for a local library, I suggested that we build and install mini libraries around town and secure corporate sponsorships to raise money for the Friends of the Library.
Earlier this week, we built a Mini Version of Little Library, and today Scott Wilson has built a life-sized version that we are using to finalize plans for each panel, assembly requirements, and then we will build a full working model. That may take another week or so, but we hope that each mini library will generate $1,500-$2,000 in net proceeds for services provided by our library in our community.
Not our core production skillset, but it is great to challenge ourselves, especially when it can make such a difference.
