Aiming for colorful, nutrient dense, high protein meals that make me feel energized and satiated. Are they sometimes boring an repetitive? Sure. But they work, are easy to track and make me feel my best.

A realistic typical day of eating for me in a deficit. Keeping myself fueled for my workouts with balanced macros and prioritizing whole foods as much as possible to keep me feeling my best. I am constantly on the go so having things prepped to easily throw meals together is my saving grace.

This day came out to about 1700 calories, 190g carbs, 130g protein and 48g fat.
