Everything I meal prepped to make staying on track easier this week!
Future me is always thankful that I took the time to prep. One of the biggest game changers for my clients is having healthy options ready to go. When meals are prepped, decisions are easier, portions are balanced, and staying on track feels way less overwhelming.
I typically prep 1-2 proteins, 1-2 carbs (potatoes and/or rice)*not pictured*, various vegetables, a higher protein sweet treat and overnights oats or egg bites for breakfast.
