For this project, FRG Contractor completed a full EPDM roof replacement, upgrading the entire roofing system to deliver long-lasting protection, improved drainage, and greater durability.

The work included removing the existing roofing materials, installing new insulation, and applying a fully adhered 90-mil black EPDM membrane.

We also installed tapered insulation to improve water drainage and help prevent ponding, along with custom aluminum drip edges, new flashing around the chimney, and properly sealed roof penetrations.

From the underlying structure to the final waterproofing details, every step was carefully executed to help this home face the changing seasons with confidence.
