Friday afternoons, on the busy corner of Windsor Road and Windsor River Roads, dedicated volunteers serve clients who are often one paycheck away from a family crisis. Free, nutritious food for Town of Windsor residents provides a way for local families to get food on their table and lessen the stress of choosing to pay rent or send a child to school hungry, to buy medicine or to skip a meal.

From a humble yet colorful modified trailer, the Windsor Service Alliance has been providing food, utility assistance and referrals for services for Windsor residents in need. The grounds include a small on-site garden that augments the donations from the Town Green Community Garden, which grows fresh vegetables in three donated garden beds.

The WSA is volunteer-run and client-focused. We strive to provide compassionate service for all those in need.
