As someone who grew up in Italy, I’m always excited when I find places that stay true to the flavors and traditions that make Italian food so special.

I’ve featured Mama Napoli’s before, but they’re one of those local businesses that’s always worth talking about again!

My go-to order is the Toto Focaccia—fresh prosciutto, mozzarella, arugula, tomatoes, shaved parmigiano, and perfectly baked focaccia bread. Simple, authentic, and absolutely delicious!

Florida Summer Home Tip ☀️🏡

Summer heat is arriving, and your A/C is about to work its hardest. Florida's humidity causes algae and mold to build up inside the drain line. A clogged drain line can trigger a float switch, shutting down your A/C completely, or worse, cause water damage inside the home.

Take this simple steps:

1. Locate the condensate drain access near the indoor air handler.
2. Pour 1 cup of distilled white vinegar into the line.
3. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
4. Flush with water if recommended by your HVAC company.

A little preventative maintenance now can help avoid a costly service call later!

This week's Greater Orlando Local Business of the Week is The Salty Donut! 🍩

Known for their creative flavors, incredible coffee, and handcrafted donuts, they've become a favorite stop for locals and visitors alike.

My personal favorite? The Gluten-Free Maple & Blueberry Donut — a baked wild blueberry gluten-free donut with a maple and blueberry glaze, topped with maple buttercream. Even if you're not gluten-free, this one is absolutely worth trying!

Whether you're grabbing a coffee, meeting up with friends, or simply treating yourself, The Salty Donut is one of those places that keeps people coming back for more.
