Earlier this month, Stephanie Winstead, Executive Director of the BEST Center of Eastern NC, and Melissa Vandemark, Dean of Applied Technologies, represented WCC at Community College Day in Raleigh. Alongside community colleges from across NC, they showcased the progress of the BEST Center of Eastern NC, as well as WCC's BioWork and Biotechnology programs, to members of the NC General Assembly and state leaders.
