For the new folks buying used RVs, especially for seniors, hire an inspector or RV tech to do an inspection. This 5’r was purchased from Ron Hoover RV here in Texas. The customer was told that the roof is a recent new replacement and everything was perfect up there.

Customer complaint was a little leak coming from vent in the bathroom.

This is what I found. I’m heartbroken for the elder couple but thankful I get to fix it right for them.
