Unite mind, body, and soul connection through yoga and Reiki at Inner Oasis

Rest isn't something you earn after burnout. It's something you practice before you get there.
As summer begins to unfold, we invite you to create space for yourself through movement, rest, and meaningful connection. This month's offerings include our weekly yoga classes, Reiki sessions by appointment, and a special restorative yoga event designed to help you slow down and recharge.
Whether you're looking to build strength, find balance, or simply take a breath in the midst of a busy season, there's a place for you here.
Small moments of care create lasting transformation. We look forward to practicing with you this month. š
Just in case you needed this today ā¤ļø
POV: what you donāt see behind a one hour event āØ
The outfit change was the easy part.
What came after was packing singing bowls, loading props, double checking supplies, carrying half my house to my car, troubleshooting in real time, and trusting that everything would come together somehow. š
And honestly?
Not every event goes perfectly. We had a few hiccups, limited hands, and zero footage from the actual experience because sometimes youāre too busy holding the space to capture it.
But people still showed up.
We still created something meaningful.
And a friend, , randomly passing by captured these moments at the perfect time ā little reminders that even when things feel messy behind the scenes, thereās still beauty in whatās being built. šæ
Small business ownership, healing work, and event days are rarely glamorous off camera⦠but I wouldnāt trade this journey for anything.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support these offerings and grow with us. š¤
POV:
You said YES to one yoga classā¦
ā¦and it quietly changed your entire life.
2015 me was terrified to walk into that first class.
I thought yoga was just stretching.
I had no idea it would become a mirror.
A place where I would slowly learn:
how to breathe,
how to soften,
how to stop running from myself,
and how to sit with the parts of me I spent years trying to burn out.
I kept coming back.
Again and again.
Not because I became āperfectly healed.ā
But because each class brought me a little closer to understanding myself.
11 years laterā¦
I am still thankful I said yes to that first class.
You never know which 60 minutes of your life
will become the beginning of coming home to yourself š¤

Some of these might feel a little too familiar.
Because the truth isā
itās not always the big things that throw us offā¦
itās the tiny habits that keep our nervous system stuck in overdrive.
Skipping rest.
Pushing past what your body is asking for.
Treating stillness like itās optional.
Thatās the real plot twist.
Inside my classes, we do things differently.
We slow down. We stay longer. We actually let it land.
Because the real work isnāt the movementā¦
itās what happens when you finally stop.
If this called you out just a little š
save this + send it to your yoga bestie
What Iām learning as a yoga practitionerā¦
is that the practice isnāt about doing more
itās about noticing more
Noticing when Iām pushing
Noticing when Iām avoiding
Noticing when my body is asking for something different
For a long time, I thought progress looked like discipline
like showing up no matter what
Now it looks like honesty
Resting before I burn out
Pausing before I disconnect
Letting the practice meet me where I actually am
Thatās the part no one really teaches you
If your practice has been feeling different lately
youāre not doing it wrong
youāre just starting to listen
Save this for when you need the reminder
Iām absolutely strutting on sunshine as ill be back at this May āļøšæ
Peacefully Planted is back, and tickets for our offering are officially live for May 21st + May 28th from 6PMā7PM.
Thereās something about guiding meditation in a space like Botanica that feels extra magicalāsurrounded by nature, softened by stillness, and reminded that peace doesnāt have to be earned⦠Sometimes, it just has to be chosen.
This experience is for the ones who have been carrying too much. The ones who need a breath. The ones who keep saying āIāll rest later.ā
Let this be your later.
Join me for an evening of guided meditation, nervous system reset, and intentional pause inside the gardens š±
