Today we pause to honor our veterans, the heroes who have given so much for all of us. We’ll be closed in observance of Veterans Day and thank every veteran for their service and sacrifice.

As temperatures drop, our owner Mike Burnshire shared his insights with KWCH 12 News on what homeowners should know about keeping unwanted guests out this fall and winter. After nearly 30 years in pest management, Mike’s advice is simple but powerful:

🐜 Stay tidy. A clean home is the first line of defense. Pests love clutter, cardboard, and forgotten corners.

🕷️ Seal it up. Check around doors, garages, and foundations for small gaps…those tiny spaces are prime entry points.

🐀 Watch the “hot spots.” Basements, attics, and garages are pest real estate this time of year. Keep boxes sealed and clutter to a minimum.

🚫 Don’t wait until it’s a problem. If you’re already seeing activity, it’s time to bring in professionals before it spreads.

Cooler weather brings unwanted pests into homes As cooler temperatures set in, homeowners are finding unwanted pests seeking shelter inside their homes.

We will be closed today In honor of Veterans Day. This special day is dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the brave men and women who have served our country with courage and dedication.
