There’s a 1st for everything, so they say. This is the first time I’ve taken a picture of myself and a whiskey barrel sauna up on a roof overlooking a golf course. This house is one of a kind and it made my day.

Know about Radon? Radon is a soil gas in everyone’s home and it causes lung cancer. The EPA suggests every home be tested every two years as the levels fluctate and can increase over time (yes, even slab homes can have radon). It’s inexpensive to test. Two of my radon tests today came back higher than the EPA action level of 4.0 pCi/L, one much higher. Now the buyer will be able to address this with their purchase. These homes can be mitigated and made safer.

I’ve seen a few roofs this week with defective shingles. Some in the early stage and some very apparent. Now the buyer will be aware and able to address this with their purchase.
