The Gamma Upsilon Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is hosting its annual Talent Hunt, featuring art, music, dance, and theater.

Calling out Heights, Southeast, Northwest, Derby, and all other local high schools to perform at this amazing event.

YEIP! Wichita and WSU Tech are once again teaming up to provide Wichita’s future leaders hands‑on access to some of the most advanced technology of our generation at WSU Tech State-of-The-Art facility, National Center for Aviation Training.

These camps are designed for 3rd grade -5th grade elementary and middle school students who are ready to explore, build, and dream bigger.

Sedgwick County Juvenile Field Services hosted its Success Panel yesterday.
have come together over the past six months to support and empower recently incarcerated youth on their journey toward redemption. Each organization generously donated time and resources to help make a lasting impact on the futures of these young individuals. We all can make a difference.

We’re excited to share a fun, family-friendly community event hosted by local small business ICT Cheer Legacy — our Trunk or Treat Extravaganza on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 3919 N Hillcrest St., Unit 3, Bel Aire, KS 67220!

This exciting Halloween celebration will include:

Here are a few events that we will be supporting this weekend, and leading up to Halloween 🎃 We've also collected a few safety tips to keep our kids safe:

Safety rules
Go in groups: Never trick-or-treat alone; use the buddy system and have a responsible adult accompany children under 12.

Be visible: Wear bright or reflective costumes, carry a flashlight, and use reflective tape.
Stay on lit paths: Only visit houses with their porch lights on and stay in well-lit, familiar neighborhoods.

Walk safely: Use sidewalks, cross streets at corners using crosswalks and traffic signals, and never cross from between parked cars.
Inspect candy: Have a parent check all treats before eating. Throw away anything opened, homemade, or suspicious.

Costume safety: Make sure masks don't obstruct vision and that fake weapons like swords or knives are made of soft, flexible material.

Avoid strangers: Never enter a stranger's home or car for a treat, or accept rides from strange

As the cold season approaches, Gamma Upsilon Graduate Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. has partnered with The Union Rescue Mission of Wichita for our annual sock drive, "The Omega Sock Mission," to bring warmth and dignity to Wichita’s homeless community. Socks are one of the most requested items in shelters and one of the least donated. Let’s change that.

Our Mission:
• Collect 1,500 pairs of new socks 🧦
• Raise $1,000 in donations to support outreach efforts 💸
