I am back in the office and working hard to get caught up. We truly appreciate your understanding as we do our best to respond to everyone as quickly as possible. As you know, not all breakdowns are scheduled, and we’re doing everything we can to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. We are currently experiencing a backlog and working diligently to get trucks completed and returned to our customers as quickly as possible. We understand the importance of minimizing downtime and appreciate your patience as we work through the current volume.

Austin will be out of the office this week—turns out he’s having a baby (well, technically his wife is, but he’s tagging along for moral support and diaper duty). He might be out most of the week, depending on how much sleep he doesn’t get.

In the meantime, the rest of the crew will still be here holding down the fort, turning wrenches and pretending we know what we’re doing.

Fun Fact : Schaeffer’s Oil originally used animal fats and vegetable oils in their lubricants before petroleum-based oils became common. As petroleum refining advanced, they transitioned to mineral and synthetic-based oils while still incorporating molybdenum and other friction-reducing additives for high performance.
