This full-time role works closely with the Unit Supervisor to manage daily operations—including personnel, equipment, irrigation systems, and cattle needs—while helping drive the success of the entire farm. It’s a hands-on leadership position for someone who values teamwork, takes initiative, and isn’t afraid to get their boots dirty.
