Let hitters MOVE in their warm-up. 🔥

Step-back and step-in drills give hitters the freedom to create rhythm, athleticism, and intent before getting into their work.

Instead of forcing positions, allow the athlete to self-organize and find an efficient move to the ball.

Move freely. Find rhythm. Get athletic. Then hit. ⚾️🥎

2️⃣ 1 Knee Down — Two Hands to Extension
3️⃣ Stretch & Fire to Extension
4️⃣ Quarter Turn to Extension
5️⃣ No Stride

🎯 Focus: Good direction. Clean path. Extension through contact.

Quality movement ➡️ quality contact.

Lincoln Jensen
Hutchinson CC Commit

Lincoln came into the offseason with one clear goal: develop the ability to drive the baseball with authority to all fields.

He already had a strong foundation, so our focus was on building a more complete hitter—creating efficient movement, improving adjustability, and adding game-ready power without sacrificing what already made him successful.

The work is showing up. Keep stacking quality reps and trust the process. 👊⚾️

Week in and week out, Pierce and Ronan Pauly continue to show up and put in the work.
The best part? The work is translating to the field. Both have put together outstanding seasons, and it’s no accident.
Consistency beats motivation. Keep showing up, trust the process, and the results will follow.

Connected swings only. 🔗🥎

Ava training the body to move as one—hands, barrel, and core working together through contact. The connection ball keeps everything tight so there’s no wasted movement… just clean, powerful turns to the ball.

Small details. Big results.
