Privately Owned and Operated Apartment Complex VIP Apartments was built in 1973. VIP has 378 units with Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom Apartments.
To this day it has only had one owner, which is the same man who built the complex. There is an outdoor swimming pool which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is also a Tennis and Basketball Court and a small park.
