Two different clients surprised me with these today, and it honestly made my day. It's never about the value. Knowing someone was thinking of you outside of their appointment is such a sweet feeling.
I'm so grateful for the amazing clients I get to work with every day. You all spoil me. ❤️
Now the real question... which gets opened first: the port or the chocolate? 😅

My son gave me this sticker yesterday, and it made me reflect on some of the beautiful things I've witnessed this week. ❤️
• I helped a client get her first good night's sleep in months. 😴💤
• I got to celebrate an intern completing her practice hours. I'm so proud of the therapist she has become and can't wait to see where her career takes her.
• I felt the tension and stress melt away from a client's body after she made some big life changes to eliminate the stressors weighing her down.
• I got to snuggle with my son and have one of those heartfelt conversations about our feelings.
Sometimes the most beautiful moments aren't the big ones. They're the small reminders that healing, growth, connection, and love are happening all around us.

Meet Michelle! Our newest intern at Motion Massage.
Michelle is a massage therapy student and certified yoga instructor.
She offers client-centered therapeutic massage with a holistic approach. Her work blends Swedish, Deep Tissue and other techniques to support relaxation and overall well-being.
Michelle will be at our Denver location on Tuesdays and Wheat Ridge location on Thursdays. Please reach out to us to get on her schedule!
