It has been such a joy to work with my nephew, Zachary, and his beautiful wife, Jessie! They moved here all the way from VA. We closed on their new home today.

Closed yesterday with this lovely lady, who moved to CO more than a year ago. It has been a pleasure to get to know Ashley and work with her. And we are both glad that closing wasn’t today! ❄️
One fun fact about Denver is that it is home to the Great American Beer Festival, the American Brewing industry's top beer tasting opportunity and competition. This past weekend, my friend (and currently working on trying to find a house for he and his wife) Chris Kirk, who is the head brewer and co-owner of BANDED OAK won the gold medal! He won in the category for "barrel aged beer" for his "Ye Olde Ale. An ale style beer aged in Colorado single malt whiskey barrels with whole bean Madagascar vanilla. YUM! Congratulations to Chris!

Even though interest rates have come up in the last year, it still is a good time to buy! Home prices have dropped, a bit, so it could be worth checking out home ownership; especially if you’re renting!

Listed this wonderful home in The Pond. If you, or someone you know, wants to live in Arvada, check this one out! The house had great sq. footage, a huge yard, and The Pond has wonderful amenities!
