IS500 Elate Supercharger Update
First off, I wanna say that developing products is not always straightforward. And there's a tremendous amount of work done by many people to bring things to market. The more we work as a community, and the more we share information, the better it is for everyone. ELATE MFG. has made a great kit for us and the pioneering customers that have given their hard earned money to participate in the pilot program have allowed so much progress in what I would classify as a short amount of time. There's been a great network, making progress, not making progress, discovering insights, and overall, working as a collective to figure a lot of things out. We made some great progress this week on our own in-house calibration, but it wouldn't be truthful to say that I did it completely alone.

I want to thank 🎌 Tuned By AboDana 🎌 for helping me confirm the hardware side of things was working well, as he remote tuned this vehicle, providing peace of mind that there weren't any issues with the installation. That allowed me to focus more specifically on the calibration aspects and beat my head against the wall, knowing that there would be light at the end of the tunnel. The results in this video don't really show the whole story. The behind the scenes, ideas and collaboration that are really the whole reason why I enjoy this community.

And yes, there will be many questions, and it will be hard to explain why our eddie current load cell Brian Proski dyno reads crank HP instead of whp, how much horsepower is possible, and what everything costs in the end. But this is just one more step forward as we move towards that final state where you can just press a button and click it on the website.

Still some road simulation and drivability corners I want to verify, but things are looking very good overall, and i'm sure if you slapped one of these things on in the end it will put a big smile on your face. Remember, this is just software, and you can play with it as long as there are hours in the day to make improvements. Let's just get you a solid start and the confidence to drive.

Progress on Supercharged IS500 with kit and TVS 2650.
Great numbers at 4.4psi here at 5400 elevation.
570 crank hp 470 tq. Should be a great upgrade for owners out there. 90mm low boost pulley. For now...
