What a night! Thank you to all the talented poets, musicians, and students who attended the PULSE release. The room was a culmination of so many creative voices, we couldn’t ask for a better show. On behalf of PULSE and OCADU Creative Writing: THANK YOU!

ARRIVING AT PULSE. PULSE STATION. Come out to our OFFICAL JOURNAL LAUNCH on APRIL 16TH!!!!!! We’re gonna have readings, live music and DJs to properly celebrate the time, energy and sheer creative brilliance that has been poured into this journal from our wonderful contributors and team! Entry is FREE, (but PWYC donations are always welcome), and food + drink will be available! See you at Dovercourt House!!!!

Don’t be a drag! Be there at Houndstooth on March 16 to see amazing performances from local Toronto bands and acts! Doors open at 7pm (all ages) where there will be music from bands, 10pm is 19+ for dance and drag. Come join us!

YOUR TICKET TO ZINE CITY HAS ARRIVED! Join us at Houndstooth on March 16th for not one, but TWO events! At 7, we have live acts from poets and bands (open for all ages). At 10, the venue becomes 19+, and the place becomes a huge indie sleaze 2000s themed dance party. Tickets are PWYC, and every donation made goes towards the journal!!!!!

BIG NEWS!!!!!! Due to popular demand, Pulse is extending the written submission deadline to MARCH 8TH. Now, both Written and Visual work are due on the same day. We know this semester has been really busy, so we wanted to give everyone a bit more time to submit their favourite pieces!!
