The Red Thread Network is a non-profit formed to promote community arts in a supportive environment through education and advocacy.

The RTN was formed as a follow-up to the Terriers around Town outdoor art project, to encourage the large number of area artists who are active in the arts and who wish to have a way to promote the arts in West Springfield.
