We are incredibly grateful to partner with Kuhn Riddle Architects & Designers and the community at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Northampton on this complex historical renovation. This project includes a full roof replacement, steeple removal, window restoration, and the installation of custom copper cornices and gutters.
In these incredible shots, you can see the team is working carefully to lower the church's cross, which will be safely restored and reinstalled. This precision work prepares the structure for the upcoming removal of the 30-foot steeple.
A huge thank you to everyone involved for their respect, hard work, and dedication to keeping this site safe and moving forward efficiently.
Stay tuned next week for updates as we tackle the 30' steeple removal!

We are thrilled to announce that in a few short weeks, we will be kicking off a major HVAC infrastructure upgrade at Smith College’s historic Sage Hall.
We take pride in being a trusted partner for educational institutions, integrating seamlessly with project teams to support their unique goals.
As the Construction Manager, we have been collaborating with the college and C&H Architects for over a year to develop this complex plan. Built in 1924, the 40,000-square-foot building is a cornerstone of the campus that requires a delicate balance of modernization and preservation. Our mission is to overhaul the building's HVAC systems to support the college’s transition to geothermal energy. This multi-phase project begins at the end of May and continues through the summer of 2027.
Our partnership with Smith College spans over 15 years. We’re honored to play a role in their journey toward a more sustainable, energy-efficient campus.
