Carol is well versed in silk plants and botanical accents which she uses for customers who prefer non-living accents to add interest and warmth to their home, business or event. At first it was an outlet from her full time work in financial systems. Then during a quest to plant a deer-proof garden, the hobby bloomed into a passion that led Carol to volunteer at the Bartlett Arboretum in Stamford, CT where she worked in the perennial gardens and created container displays. In 2008 she became a Master Gardener and completed her internship working for the Massachusetts Horticultural Society on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston and Elm Bank in Wellesley. Carol is an active volunteer at Elm Bank to this day.
