Today we officially celebrate 2 years in business. I am beyond thankful to have an amazing family, friends and clients who have made today possible.

Thrilled to have my first Moderna dose on board and will be back for my second in 4wks. So great to have my dear friend Sara getting hers with me. Yay!!

I see this more and more in my practice and Dan does an excellent job articulating the risks of youth sports specialization.

First rule I learned in PT school was... if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. So I’ve been reticent to change my running shoe brand which I have been using for past 15 years. But Nike has changed their fit and it was time to give a new brand a try. The brand is called ON and they are amazing!! I got fitted at Marathon Sports in Wellesley and they have different styles for different foot types. I have a neutral foot which needs a little support. I’m thrilled with how light the shoe is and yet still provides good support. This great find was too good to keep to my self. Sports Wellesley Hills
