Comcast Outages Reported Nationwide The outages reported Tuesday seem to be concentrated in the Northeast, parts of California and Florida and in the Pacific Northwest.

Now that the warm weather is here we see more wildlife around the buildings and on the properties. It is natural that we want to feed them. To do so is not as kind a gesture as you might think.



1. Wildlife that looses its fear of people can become dangerous. Turkeys attack people, squirrels tear open screens and patio furniture and skunks graze around bird-feeders.

2. Feeding local animals can make them dependent upon the feeder and when the food stops, they may not know how to fend for themselves.

3. Resulting animal behaviors may require us to have these creatures removed or even worse, destroyed.


The kind thing to do is to enjoy the wildlife but not feed the wildlife.

Just a reminder !

During any storm, we will do our best to keep the main drive passable. After the storm has subsided, we will then clean the parking spaces. In order to do this we will request that you move your car. When asked to move your vehicle, you must do so within 5-10 min. Please clean off your car before you move it from your space. If you own a second vehicle, or you have a guest whose vehicle is parked in the lot, please leave a sign on top of the dashboard on the drivers side clearly showing your building and apartment number. If you will be away, please make arrangements for a neighbor to clean and move it for you.
