Have you guys ever tried the quesabirria tacos? They are filled with Chihuahua cheese on a heirloom corn tortillas. The tacos are served on a crispy tortilla, topped with onions and cilantro and on the side, a thick, rich and deeply concentrated consomme for dipping!
