Get involved and have your say. What is most important to you when you go to Wayne, Shop the stores and eat at the Restaurants 365 days of the year. I mention 365 because WEATHER plays a big part in the USE of a “park” vs parking spaces…

Exciting news, Radnor Township! We are thrilled to announce that our downtown master plan, "A Vision for Wayne," is officially available for public review and community feedback. This comprehensive roadmap will guide long-term municipal decisions on housing diversity, historic preservation, infrastructure, pedestrian walkability, and open spaces along North Wayne Avenue and the surrounding business district. Review the plan and share your thoughts today by visiting the official project hub at @ www.avisionforwayne.com (link in profile). The Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to discuss the plan on October 12, 2026, at which there will be time for public comment. #comment #feedback #masterplan

Do something BIG and SHOP SMALL in September & October… your town and small business community will appreciate you for it. 💕💕💕

Everyone assumes January is the hardest month in retail. It’s not — September is worse. 😳 Here’s why: In January, yes, sales slow down — but you’re coming off your biggest month of the year, and you’re not rushing to restock your store to the fullest. You get to breathe a little. September is a different beast. It’s one of the slowest sales months of the year, BUT you also have to frontload your store with heavy Q4 inventory — ordering, receiving, and paying for it all — while sales don’t actually start picking up until mid-November. So you’re spending the most, selling the least, and just... waiting. That gap between investment and return is what makes September so brutal for retailers. If you own a business, you already know exactly what I’m talking about. 👇 #foundermindset #entrepreneurlife #mompreneur #entrepreneurship #retail
