With a specialty in personality disorders, I nerd out on psychoeducation around this topic. 🤓 The dark triad is not a diagnosis, but a term to describe three personality traits that can show up in someone. When combined, persons with these traits can be harmful to others.
This weekend, we held our very first leadership retreat for Choosing Change Counseling, and it was such a meaningful milestone for our team. As the founder, I deeply value intentionality, organization, thoughtful planning, and most importantly surrounding myself with leaders whose strengths exceed my own.
Kristal, our Director of Safety Planning and Procedures, and Abby, our Director of Client Care and Outreach, embody that standard in every way. Their expertise, dedication, and heart for this work have elevated our practice in ways that truly matter.
Bringing on Abby and Kristal over the past year has been invaluable, not only for the support it provides our clients, but also for the support it brings to our entire team. I’m grateful for the growth, the collaboration, and the shared vision that continues to shape Choosing Change Counseling. 🦋
