Periods don’t have to arrive like clockwork or look exactly the same every month. But when something changes significantly—or keeps happening—it’s worth paying attention.

Hormonal changes, birth control, pregnancy, fibroids and other factors can all affect your cycle. The key is noticing what’s different from your normal.

If your periods suddenly become heavier, more painful or much more irregular—or you begin bleeding between periods—talk with your OB/GYN. They can help you understand what may be behind the change.

Pregnancy comes with plenty of questions—and sometimes a lot of conflicting advice.

Can you exercise? Drink coffee? Travel? Eat certain foods? The answer is often, "It depends."

Every pregnancy is unique, so it's always best to talk with your provider about what's right for you.

In the meantime, we've answered a few of the questions we hear most often.

Every path to fatherhood is unique.

Today, we celebrate the fathers who are guiding, supporting, and loving their families, the fathers-to-be who are filled with hope and excitement, and those who are still pursuing their dream of becoming a parent.

Wherever you are on your journey, we see you, we support you, and we celebrate you.

Happy Father's Day.
