Monahan Design Build just started renovating this rare gem 409 Sycamore Ave, Merion Station. This is a stately colonial on one to the best streets in Merion Station, just 1 block from the train and the Merion Botanical Gardens. This bright home features huge rooms with tons of large windows and an easy, logical, circular floorplan. This home is now undergoing complete interior and exterior renovations. With the help of Ingrids Designs the first floor will now have a kitchen / great room ,a first floor guest room or home office with private bath, and a separate entrance . Large living room, dining room, 1st floor powder . The 2nd floor is being transformed to include a new master suite with sitting room, large walk-in closet, and a master bath with large walk-in shower and soaking tub. 2nd floor laundry , 2 additional bedrooms which include their own private baths. The 3rd floor includes 3 additional bedrooms and large bath. 409 Sycamore will be coming to the market soon for an early summer delivery.

13th and Tasker is coming along . It’s turning out amazing. Also the owner also has a pizza store next door which pizza is to die for. Not kidding , his son and him have created the best pizza and pizza crust in all of Philadelphia!! BORDA’S PIIZZA!!llWorth the trip!!
1548 South 13th Street. They have already been voted one of the best pizzas in all Philadelphia by numerous publications !
