It didn’t take long for sweet, confident Franklin to steal someone’s heart. ❤️

They say “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure,” and for Franklin, those words couldn’t be more true.

This beautiful boy was once discarded as if his life didn’t matter—as if he wasn’t worth keeping. But Franklin never got that memo. He kept loving, kept trusting, and kept showing everyone he met just how incredibly special he is. 🥹🐾

And now, someone sees exactly what we saw all along: Franklin was never disposable. He was a treasure just waiting to be found. ❤️

From this day forward, he will know what it feels like to be chosen. To be wanted. To have a family who comes home to him and a place he never has to leave.

Wishing Franklin and his new family a lifetime of warm laps, endless cuddles, silly moments, purrs, laughter, and the kind of love that makes you wonder how you ever lived without each other.

SOS 🆘 URGENT !!!! Paterson Pound is seeking rescues for two kittens eight weeks old. They were found outside by a good Samaritan. They will be heading to the pound shortly. Transportation will be provided. 

Another day, another dumped house cat. 💔

Poor sweet Emery was abandoned outside of the pound. Thankfully, when one of our dedicated colony feeders noticed this new sweet boy, she brought him inside and immediately notified Homeless Tails.

And boy, was she right to worry. This sweet, sweet boy would not have survived long outside.

Emery is naturally submissive, gentle, and easygoing, and he’s having no trouble fitting right in at Catfe Montclair. You won’t see him trying to run the room, but he’s more than happy to participate in playtime — and even happier to soak up all the love and attention from staff, volunteers, and guests. ❤️

And on top of his beautiful personality, Emery is one majestic-looking boy. 😻

After spending five years in a loving home, this sweet boy was surrendered to the pound—a heartbreaking change for a cat who had only ever known the comfort of being someone’s beloved companion. Somehow, through it all, Hemingway has held on to his gentle spirit.

He’s a big boy with an even bigger heart, full of love to give and longing for a family who will never give up on him again. All Hemingway wants is a safe place to rest, a loving home to call his own, and someone who will cherish him for the rest of his life. 🐾❤️
