The original 50-year-old pool was modernized with all-new plumbing, custom entry steps, LED lighting, new coping, and a new liner. We also raised the deep end floor and extended the shallow end, creating a layout that’s more functional for relaxing, entertaining, and spending time with family.
Beyond the pool, we transformed the entire outdoor living space with oversized 24” × 36” bluestone-colored pavers to give the yard a more open feel, along with a new Trex deck featuring the RainEscape system that created a comfortable entertaining area underneath.
To tie everything together, we added landscape lighting throughout the backyard and installed a removable no-drill safety fence, giving the homeowners peace of mind with the youngsters without taking away from the finished design.
The end result is a backyard that’s beautiful, functional, and designed to be enjoyed for years to come.

What was once a beautiful pool left riddled with hidden structural leaks, failing plaster, no lighting, and an equipment system that was no longer functional has been transformed into a backyard retreat built to last.
For this renovation in the Smoke Rise section of Kinnelon, NJ, our team completely reimagined the pool from the inside out. We installed all new skimmers, return lines, equipment, and a new main drain to dramatically improve circulation and water quality. The project also included a custom sun shelf with an integrated umbrella stand, a brand-new LED lighting system, stunning glass tile, modern coping, and a fresh finish of Signature Matrix Slate Plaster.
Every detail was carefully selected to improve both performance and aesthetics, creating a pool that looks incredible during the day and truly comes alive at night.
The result is more than just a renovated pool—it’s a space where family and friends can gather, relax, and create memories for years to come.
