It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our Pastor, Superintendent Otis Moody, Sr. of Waycross, Ga. Supt. Moody was born on January 12, 1969, and passed away on March 3, 2026, at the age of 57.

A public visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at Congregational First Born Church.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at First Born Church of the Living God. Attire for the service is white, and clergy are asked to wear vestments.

The family will receive guests on Thursday, March 12, and Friday, March 13, 2026, at 870 E. Waring Street, Waycross, GA 31501.
