Art from travels abroad is always to fun to frame!

The matting was signed by the artist, so we kept it and chose a frame that not only matched the vibe of the art, but also fit the aesthetic of the area where this piece was purchased. The art is titled “Shelter” by June McIntyre.

The first thing I thought when I saw this frame is that it looks like tree branches! Do you see it too?

So cool to see beautiful, original artwork on a non traditional canvas! This saw blade 🪚 was a bit heavy but I love making shadow boxes, so there’s no way I’d pass up an opportunity to frame it! 😍 What do you think?
