“Embrace”

We all have battle scars from life. Whatever your story is, it’s your story. And it makes who you are today.
While we don’t want to dwell into the past, we can certainly learn from them. Use them as a reminder to never make those same mistakes and use them to avoid future mistakes (is that redundant, I think it’s redundant. Either way, you get it right?).

I created this as a reminder to you to embrace who you are, scars and all. You don’t need to change yourself for anyone. Just be you. Learn to love yourself for all that you are.

When I finished this, I honestly was Not too happy with it. I felt the composition might be off and the lighting was off. Or perhaps it was too busy. But then I realized what this painting was about. It’s about imperfections. Learning to love yourself and all your imperfections, for that what makes you perfect! 😉

There are times I’m sure where you feel you’ve been left in the dark. Unsure where your life is turning to.

Let this be a reminder that he will always be the light to guide your path in dark times

His word is a lamp to your feet, a light to your path.

It becomes so much easier to see when you walk in his light instead of trying to guess where you are going.

“Tranquil Fox”

Finally finished this piece! After much procrastination 😅, I stared at the unfinished canvas with intimidation and fear that what I had imagined in my mind would not become reality.

I guess this is something I’m still working on with myself. Confidence, trust, and not to be a perfectionist.

Learn to trust the process even if the process doesn’t look like it’s processing 😆

Much like everything else in life, learn to trust your choices and accept mistakes. After all, we’re only human.

I like to think of this painting as a reminder to be at peace with yourself.

I didn’t wanna share this at first but I’m going to anyway… this is my WIP so far. 😬 wish me luck, cause I’m finishing it today.

The biggest part about painting, is trusting yourself and the process. 🤞🏼
