to this look inspired by Emma Watson’s Prada campaign a few years ago

I miss this haircut because I could fake short hair very easily but I cannot handle it touching my face all the time it fills me with biblical fury
(I will probably do it again)

BOOGEYMAN
In your closet, under your bed, outside your window, in your head.
The Boogeyman is thought to have gotten its name from the Middle English word “bugge” which means “frightening spectre” or “scarecrow.” The idea of a creature that haunts and snatches misbehaving children is cross-cultural, but the boogeyman specifically has European roots that date back to the 15th century.
Though often wielded as a threat against unruly children, no one is safe once they are chosen.

I think this is the scariest thing I’ve made like ever? Massively due to ’s incredible scare acting. Happy Halloween!!

BANSHEE
The banshee is an often misunderstood spirit of Irish origin. It is said to take the form of a woman that wails and keens outside of a house where someone is about to die. It is a manifestation of grief in its purest form, the terror and hopelessness that comes with the death of a loved one. The Irish are no strangers to suffering. The banshee weeps with us, it does not kill, it is an omen that grieves itself.
Welcome to Halloween 2025

There aren’t words to describe this loss to people who didn’t know you, so I’m just going to talk to you ok?
You were always deeply, deeply kind, SO funny, smart-sharp as a knife, with a voice and talent that could make an atheist see God.
We will spend the rest of our lives loving you through each other. It’s more than losing the music, your UNBELIEVABLE talent, it’s the intrinsic sweetness and love you had for the people around you. You stood up for people when they were misunderstood. You showed up for people at their lowest. You were there with a smile and a joke and a song on your lips always. I could hear you over my shoulder while I painted your portrait the days before your funeral.
The work you were doing, traveling around with Valda to set up gospel choirs and bringing joy and music to people, is so you to the core. I’m so proud to have known you and the beauty you brought to every life you came in contact with. I’m so lucky for the years I got with you, and getting to work with you directing high school kids with Mr. Penning even after we graduated. There was such a sense of purpose in knowing you. The grief of your loss will be with all of us forever, but the gift of knowing you is too. And every bit of pain we feel now was so, so worth it my friend. I hope you are at peace and I KNOW you knew how loved you were.

we will miss you every day
