A latte’s color can change depending on the amount of milk and espresso, the roast, milk choice, added flavors, and even how much the ice has melted.
Lighter usually means more milk, while darker can mean less milk or an extra shot. But darker does not automatically mean better or more caffeinated. The perfect shade is simply the one that tastes best to you.
