The LAN party was a success with the friends :) We played Left4Dead 2 on LAN, but Gears 3 had other plans and didnt work so we had to go online.
Much Bawls consumed, watched many 2000's movies, and the kids had fun too.
All your base are belong to us.

The first video I ever made for Rock 108.
A lifetime ago.
The Weather in Waterloo is Frightful at Rock 108 It's December 23, 2015 and this is the weather we are dealing with....
This weekend I have friends coming into town where we are gonna system link 4 Xbox 360's and do a campaign run of 4 player co-op Gears of War 3 while watching DVD's on a PS2 and enjoying Bawls energy drink.
I'll break out the iPod too.

A longtime friend and radio colleague passed away yesterday, Craig Russell on 97.7 The Bolt in Western Iowa.
Craig and I met back in the Grand Rapids, MI days 11+ years ago, and he was the embodiment of a dedicated radio guy. You know sometimes I mention 'I wore the chicken suit?' Well....he was part of that! White Castle trips, Pizza Ranch lunch, he came to my wedding, and plenty more too. Funny enough, Craig even did music for the Waterloo Black Hawks before I even thought of moving to Iowa....how crazy is that? We never lost contact through all these years.
Craig was an amazing and fun individual, loved his kids, and loved radio. RIP to the Afternoon Hustle and give some love to the other side of Iowa radio today
We'll continue to game in a server run world.
What if this game was called 'BioDome 2' instead of 'Bioshock 2'.....way more Pauly Shore right?
