yesterday looked a little different. ☀️
while i was teaching pilates by the pool, morgan was leading a training class on her deck and erika was working with clients in the studio.
one of the most rewarding parts of this season has been watching move with miah grow beyond just me. 🥹
this community wouldn’t be what it is without the incredible women who pour their time, energy, and hearts into it every day. i couldn’t do this without them.
grateful for this team, this community, and all the movement happening across the cedar valley. 💛

a very realistic day lately at the studio ☀️
early mornings, in person classes, virtual trainings, cleaning equipment, creating graphics while erika teaches, forgetting important paperwork at home, running back across town, more clients, more movement, and somehow still fitting in our own workouts before practice in bloom with morgan.🌼
some days feel a little chaotic behind the scenes — but also really exciting. 🤭
one of my favorite parts of this season has been watching the studio grow into a space that feels busy in the best way, with multiple instructors teaching, clients coming and going, and movement happening from morning to night. 💛
